Pilgrims to the Shrine ask Saint Jude to intercede for them before God for all sorts of reasons such as: cure of illness, peace in one’s heart, finding a job, helping a child find his or her way in life. Devotion to Saint Jude is carried out through daily Mass offered for those who are members of the Saint Jude Shrine, ten novenas are preached each year, the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is frequently given to those in need.
